TENTH PLANET Completes Work On Debut Album
July 21, 2008Toronto, Canada's TENTH PLANET has completed work on its first full-length album, entitled "Everything Is Never Over".
The making of the album was an international affair, with sessions taking place in both Toronto (Orange Lounge Studios and The Pocket Studios) and West Cork, Ireland (Kingdom Recording Studio). Jeff Martin, former singer and guitarist for THE TEA PARTY, and producer of the band's 2005 EP "The Prophet Curse", once again took on production duties and co-wrote the song "Line In The Sand".
"Everything Is Never Over" was co-produced by multi-platinum-selling guitarist and founding member of OUR LADY PEACE Mike Turner. The album was mixed by Mike "Dullboy" Langford (EVANS BLUE) at The Pocket Studios, and mastering was done by Peter Letros of Wreckhouse Mastering (FINGER ELEVEN, NELLY FURTADO). Artwork was created by Marco Holtappel of Stargazer Design (THE TEA PARTY, JEFF MARTIN).

TENTH PLANET has toured Europe twice (September 2006 and 2007) and was selected by BLACK SABBATH guitarist and founding member Tony Iommi as one of the finalists of his international Planet Rock search band competition.
The band has scheduled a CD-release show on Friday, August 8 at Toronto's Horseshoe Tavern.
